Service Description
Embrace. Nurture. Inspire. Transform. Lauren is a visual + intuitive artist with 300hrs (YTT300 - certification) in Yoga Teacher training certification. She is dedicated to nurturing mindfulness through art and creativity. LBS's vision to combine art and yoga became a reality in 2014 launching ELEVATE + CREATE - a workshop to offer space for those who are called to reconnect or dive into a deeper connection with their creativity. Each session includes light movement, guided meditation and art. (Art supplies included)
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Paid deposits are non-refundable as this secures cost of materials, time of the artist and assistant.
